Currently the registration is disabled. But the accounts the script generates seems to work although you cannot send invitations. It seems otakumole changed something.

 As a manga reader it honestly frustrating not having the opportunity to enjoy my favorite manga because it never being updated. That why finding out about otakumole/raffmanga was awesome, but the fact that I can't register due to something a while back really sucks. If there any new membership opportunities please let me know. Hopefully it does not involve joining contests because I am a very busy college student and my time is limited. I just want to enjoy reading manga like everyone else.  For anyone who has a blessed soul out there, I really really hope that you would be so kind as to let me borrow an account. I solemnly swear that it will only be used for the ultimate purpose --- finding out the what happens in the next chapters of your favorite manga/s, which for some frustrating reasons has been put on hold. There is a limit to how lazy you can be or how little effort you are putting into getting an account for yourself.  I have given one of my invitations away and see this as a good intermediate step but i would open up the registration form once a month on scheduled dates that only our front pages reveals hours beforehand. A well know torrent site features a similar method of registration and the community would only get dedicated readers. New dedicated translators (!) would get a chance to join the site too!

 Thank you for your service Raff and i update and categorize as many MU pages as i can (i am a librarian so it is in my blood) to give back to your database due to the way OM syncs back ever time an update of an entered manga occurs.
