Why Don't I Get 6-digit SMS Code From Paypal To Confirm My Phone Number

Friends I need help to confirm my PayPal phone number. I received this email from PayPal.

Having your mobile phone number in your profile is an easy way to make sure your transactions are secure. In case there's ever an issue, we want to be able to contact you quickly. Is this your phone number?

07** ***529 You can add, confirm, or update a phone number at any time in Settings. To do so, log in to PayPal, click the gear icon in the top right corner, and go to Phone to modify your information. Thank you for helping us keep your account safe. PayPal

When I try to confirm I don't get Verification code via SMS.  but I do receive the phone call made to the same mobile number. The page says

Resend continue (when I click resend i still don't receive sms.)

 

 

What I have tried so far without success.

Changed mobile number and operator. (Also tried replacing 07 with my country code)

Spoke with the PayPal text chat support, (they send automated unrelated messages)

Installed the PayPal mobile app  (I still cannot receive a 6 digit code)

I've added PayPal phone number +62 226 But still no effect.

Verdict

This is definitely a PayPal issue; well-known to them, but they don't seem to be bothered by it.  It has nothing to do with mobile operators.

Not receiving verification sms.
The phone does not receive a 6-digit code.
Completing a security check. verify phone.
Not receiving the paypal code to confirm my mobile phone number.

My issue is now solved. My phone number is now confirmed.
