Sure. You can add a URL to take users when creating a button but this is not recommended. Below are a few of the reasons why I do not recommend using this option.
- Users paying using credit cards will not be taken to that page. A receipt of that transaction will be displayed instead. This is in line with the new finance regulations.
- When a user pays thru bank transfer/check they are taken to your URL to download your product yet the payment has not cleared. They can download and cancel the transaction.
- If the customer claims to have not received the item and lounge a dispute you will lose the case as you don’t have a way to prove that they actually downloaded.
